Rashad Staton is the first Youth Engagement Specialist in Baltimore City Schools. He founded the Catalyst of Change Youth Fellowship as an extension of his work with Baltimore’s youth. Rashad strives to create a space where young people can learn, advocate, and be agents of change in their communities and beyond. As a Congressional page on Capitol Hill, Rashad was inspired by the Black men he saw working for change. He came back to Baltimore to spread the message that Black and brown youth can Become Fearless now, right where they are.
