Erricka’s city-wide call to address Baltimore’s murder rate has grown into a movement. She challenges citizens to celebrate and affirm life, and to heal through positive action. A prophet of hope, she visits the site of every homicide to remind Baltimoreans that life is precious.

Jonathan employs and teaches young Black and brown Baltimoreans to install and maintain WiFi networks. Their work connects families to the Internet to provide access to school, work, and other essential services. He gives back as a member of the Baltimore Digital Equity Coalition.

Moms as Entrepreneurs trains women in the fundamentals of launching a business. Peers help them address concerns about maintaining and growing a business while parenting.
