I need to exchange for a new size. What do I do?
If you need to swap something out we've got your back! Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll happily exchange your products. Items must be unworn and within their bag. If we don't have your item in stock you'll receive a store credit or refund. You'll receive a free return shipping label to send back the item for exchange and you'll receive a new one.
I received my order, but one of my pieces is defective. What do I do?
We'll accept returns due to defect within one month of receipt. Please notify us with any issues you might have and our customer service team will take it from there!
I want a refund—what do I do?
If you're not happy with your product, we'll happily accept returns for refund within 14 days of you receiving the product, as long as it's unworn and within its bag. You'll receive a free, prepaid shipping label once we know which items you're returning.
How do I start a return for refund process?
