What is your return policy?
We'll happily accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of you receiving the product, as long as it's unworn and within its bag. You'll receive a free, prepaid shipping label once we know which items you're returning.
I received the wrong item—help!!
If you received an error in your order, we've got your back! Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll get the correct items exchanged for you! We'll exchange all products, as long as they are unworn and within its bag. If we don't have your item in stock you'll receive a store credit or refund.
I received my order, but one of my pieces is defective. What do I do?
We'll accept returns due to defect within one month of receipt. Please notify us with any issues you might have and our customer service team will take it from there!
How do I start a return process?
Simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take it from there! You'll receive a response within one business day.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy, is worn or washed or missing its bag.
